Cancellations & Credits
Official guidelines regarding cancellations and credits for all Mitch's Soccer services.
Cancellation by Mitch's Soccer
If Mitch's Soccer services are canceled due to shortage of staff or location conflicts, the sessions or camps WILL BE made up, OR, a credit will be applied to your account for the services canceled.
Cancellation by Player
If a PLAYER is to cancel a 1on1 individual/group session, due to illness or other reasons, the session WILL NOT BE made up.
Unless under special circumstances agreed upon beforehand between the parents, player, and Mitch.
Weather Cancellations
If a 1on1 or Small Group session is canceled due to weather, such as a snowstorm making the roads unsafe to drive on, the session WILL NOT be made up.
Staff Cancellations
If a 1on1 or Small Group session is canceled by Mitch or any of the Mitch's Soccer staff, the session WILL BE made up at the earliest date possible.
Withdrawals
If a PLAYER must withdraw from training/camp(s) prior to its start, a credit for the full amount paid will be applied to any future service. Refunds are not available for camps.
